Return and Refund Policy
1.Buyer Protection
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described. You can get a refund 3 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
Apply for Refund: Go to your order history and select the “Asking for refund”. If you can’t come to an amicable agreement, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 30 days following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).
Get Money Back in 3 Days: Most sellers will return your money in 3 days, however; if it’s not resolved, you cansend us an email (sales@ytow.net)
Statutory rights
The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
2.Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. Some holiday special items may not accept the returns, and only supports exchange service. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Request address for return on Contact us page.
3.Shipping policy
Most products available for purchase on our sites must be shipped withing 3 business days of purchase.
At present, the products displayed on our website are free shipping.
What does my order status, such as “To pay” or “To ship” mean?
Your order status will be one of the following:
To pay
This means you have placed an order but have not paid yet.
To ship
This means the merchant has your order and is preparing it for shipment.
To receive
This means the merchant has shipped your order. Most merchants will also provide the carrier information and tracking number for shipped orders, so you can check their process.
Complete
The merchant processed your order and it should be on its way to you. Track the shipment using the tracking info provided.
Canceled
Means either you or the merchant has canceled the order. Most cancellations are initiated by shoppers, but in some rare cases, a merchant will have to cancel an order because they’re unable to deliver it.
Missing Package?
If your package’s tracking shows as delivered but you are not in possession of the package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and check with nearby neighbors.

My package arrived damaged! What should I do?
Please click the “asking for refund” link and select the reason for your return from the drop-down and provide additional comments. Most importantly, please upload the picture of damaged item so that the seller can properly process this order. Please note damaged items are eligible for a full refund once the item is returned and the damage is confirmed.
If my item is defective item or I was sent you wrong item?
Please click the “asking for refund” link and select the reason for your return from the drop-down and provide additional comments. Most importantly, please upload the picture of damaged item so that the seller can properly process this order. We’ll correct the issue or refund your purchase. We’ll refund the price of the product, as well as any shipping and handling charges paid, within 3 business days of when the merchant has accepted your request. Any applicable replacement shipments may be processed for payment and shipping separately.
About International Orders & Deliveries During COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions. You can find the most up-to-date delivery estimates at checkout.
About Shipping Restrictions
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. The exact restrictions vary from place to place. For instance, items that weigh too much cannot be shipped in Russia. If the item cannot be shipped, the seller will inform you as soon as possible.
Please note:
All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong or defective goods.
Promotional Credits used on a returned purchase cannot be reissued.
Returns will include a refunded handling fee only if Ytow issues a full refund and all items in the order are returned.
When you return your items back you will pay shipping costs for them. The seller will refund the price of the product without shipping costs.
Warranty Exemptions and Notes
1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
2. If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
– Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
– Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
– Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
– Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
– Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
